In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you—your current challenges, history, and what you’d like to change. You don’t need to share anything you’re not ready for.
We’ll also talk through a treatment plan together and discuss options like EMDR, Schema Therapy, or CBT, depending on your goals. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of how therapy can help and what the next steps are.
