    I'm a very active 25 year old, who exercises 5 days a week. I've recently found out that I'm 8 weeks pregnant, and want to make sure that I'm not harming the baby if I continue to exercise. Can I continue my weekly fitness schedule during pregnancy?

    Exercise is important during pregnancy. You may continue normal activity, such as walking, swimming, etc., but please talk to your doctor before you undertake strenuous activity or sport, especially if you haven't attempted it before.
