Rosacea and dark black spots around eyes and nose

Recently I've developed redness and very dry skin on either side of the nose, cheeks and forehead. GP suspects it's rosacea. Also, I've noticed dark black spots between my eyes and nose. Could you please let me know what I should be doing to get rid of it? -
