Involuntary muscle twitching

I've had very small muscle twitches in my calves and I've noticed it in my upper arm recently. I had an MRI a few months ago and the specialist said there was nothing abnormal. I have no other systems (vision, balance and movement are ok). I am worried it could be a symptom of a nervous system disorder. Not sure if I should investigate further. What should I do? -
