No period even after taking oestrogen and progesterone

I am 32 years old with hypogonadotropic hypogonadism and have been on oestrogen and progesterone since I was 16 years. Now, even after taking 2 pills of oestrogen 0.625 mg and progesterone 10 mg I am not getting my periods. I am worried. What do I do and where do I go? Is there any serious problem with me? Would I be able to conceive? -
