Why are doctors so reluctant to prescribe weightless medications to obviously obese patients? As someone with a previous history of binge eating disorder and am currently about 30 kgs overweight, I would like this as an option to help get my mind off the obsession with food so I can tackle my coping strategies a bit easier. Also if someone is that overweight and of course needs to get moving but is hampered by their physical size, surely dropping some kilos quickly is the best way to get them up and moving again?
