This is not a question that can be answered without much more information. A good place to start would be by going to see your GP, who can assess whether you have depression or anxiety and whether this requires medical and psychogical treatment. S/he can then advise re what medication may be required, and refer you to a psychologist who can work with you on strategies for better managing anxiety.
