    Without knowing any specific details it is a bit hard to tell. Your doctor may have requested 24 hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring to get a better understanding of your blood pressure. This can be helpful to diagnose high (or low) blood pressure, especially if you tent to have white coat syndrome. 
    - If it is a ambulatory BP monitor request, you can complete it at home. 

    If you would likefurther information search ABPM or ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, but just be careful on the quality of the website!
