    Hi there,

Thanks so much for posting and sharing your question! It sounds like there has been alot going on for you in the last 2 years. I am glad to hear that you are feeling a bit better, but it can be concering to loose weight when you are not intenting to.

In order to answer your question effectively, a health professional would want to get a really good picture of you and your life. Weight change can depend on a number of factors including food choices, exercise, stress, sleep and underlying illness.

I would highly recommeded speaking to an Accredited Practising Dietitian who can help you to figure out your eneergy needs and practical ways of managing food and activity to prevent further weight loss. It would also be benficial to speak to your GP to rule out any illness as the cause of your unintentional weight loss.

I hope this is helpful. Feel free to contact me if you would like to discuss anything further!
