This is a response from the Glaucoma Australia Expert Medical Panel.
It seems like the watery eyes are not related to glaucoma, rather dry eye/blepharitis. It would be expected that a diagnosis of blocked tear ducts would be made after assessing them with lacrimal lavage. Saying that the IOP is a bit up without doing anything about it is unusual and at the very least visual fields etc. would be worthwhile considering the family history. As there are multiple issues and things seem a little suboptimal it is recommended to see an ophthalmologist at least once to sort this out even if it is just for reassurance.
