Is there a cure for Pruritus Ani (Anal Itching)?

After seeing several doctors over the past 3 years, I finally found out that my chronic itchy bum is a condition called pruritus ani. It is a really frustrating problem and not many people seem to know about it or how to treat it. When the prescriptions the doctors gave me didn't help the anal itching, I researched other things online and found Pranicure ointment. I've been using it for 4 months now; it's definitely the best product I've tried! Although I've had to use less and less each week, I'm not sure that I will have to ever stop applying it. Is there an actual cure that will stop me from having an itchy anus completely? -
