    There are a lot of factors that need to be considered when determining the best treatment for your condition, including examination findings and results of investigations. Although you have tendon tears of supraspinatus and infraspinatus, the osteoarthritis may be causing the majority of your symptoms. This would drastically change treatment recommendations and therefore recovery times. I would recommend a review with an orthopaedic surgeon to discuss your diagnosis and treatment options.
