    GP needed for 67yr old with dementia

    Need a local GP in strathfield with experience with dementia and behavioral issues for a 67yr old male. Diagnosed with dementia. Has a history of delirium and STML, was admitted into age care around September this year. Recently commenced on anti psychotics and has lost 8kgs in two week.

    Most GPs will be looking after patients with dementia who are still able to attend the surgery. However not all GPs do home visits or attend residential care facilities so it is always wise to check this if you anticipate this might be required prior to choosing your GP.
