It is not uncommon to experience anal pain after traditional haemorrhoidectomy for 6-8 weeks after the surgery. You may want to get your treating surgeon to review you to see if the haemorrhoidectomy wound is healing well as this could be a cause of the symptoms that you described.
In terms of your bowel control, there are many potential causes. If this persists, you may need a comprehensive anal rectal physiology assessment to assess the function of your anal canal muscles.
