With the important disclaimer that I am not a clinical health professional, what you have described (“ringing/blowing sounds“ and ”lightheadedness”) may indicate tinnitus.
There are many possible explanations for tinnitus - I suggest that you get your GP to refer you to an Ear, Nose and Throat specialist.
S/he will be able to do a thorough investigation and (depending) suggest appropriate treatment.
All the best.

GP (General Practitioner)
The symptoms you are describing and their severe impact on your life and work justify a review by an ear, nose, throat (ENT) specialist (otolaryngologist). If you cannot find a GP to refer you, then try the local hospital outpatients or emergency departments.
