Do you mean “garcinia combogia” rather than “carcinia cambogia”? If so, as far as I can see from searching the various evidence-based medicine sites, it is just another fad supplement - there is no evidence that it has any benefit.
The same applies to colon cleansing - although it is advocated by many (evidence-free) alternative medicine Web sites, there is no clinical evidence to suggest that it has any benefits (and it may be risky).
If you are concerned about how you are responding to Infliximab for managing your Crohn's Disease, I suggest that you talk with your prescribing doctor.
