    I would suggest that your mother seek an opinion from the specialist who treats her osteoporisis. Depending on the degree /severity of osteoporosis some patients can suffer crush fractures of the vertebrae. This can happen without a lot of trauma and it may be that chiropractic manipulation is not appropriate. Also if your mother has been treated in the past by a chiropractor then she should inform him/her of her condition and also seek their advice.
