Whilst pelvic pain is the most commonly reported symptom of endometriosis women may also experience fatigue, diarrhoea, constipation, bloating or nausea, especially during menstrual periods.Constant nausea however is mentioned less in the literature. Perhaps you need to consider other investigations.

Hi there,
I too was diagnosed with endo 5 years ago and have since had 2 kids and in the last 6 months the pain is gradually worsening and all this week I've had constant nausea. I too was wondering if it could be endo related. Been having more bowel issues again too :(
Definitely not much fun!
Let me know if you get any answers, please.

to your account or now (it's free).I've had a bunch more tests since writing original post and have been diagnosed with fatty liver disease, high cholesterol and low vitamin D. GP believes fatty liver disease could be causing the nausea, but specialist disagrees. Pelvic pain and nausea have settled down a bit, still have other symptoms including really bad heartburn, having gastroscopy in couple of weeks to rule out coeliac disease. Good luck, keep having tests until you know what is going on. Oh and the gyno said pelvic pain could have just been scar tissue from the original surgery.
