Dr Gino Pecoraro (Advisory Panellist from the Australian Cervical Cancer Foundation) recommends that you need to go back to your gynaecologist who did the surgery and ask them on what they advise is the appropriate follow up for you or to discuss what further treatment is necessary depending on the exact findings from the specimen.
