You may be having an ovulation bleed. Ovulation spotting normally occurs right before ovulation or during ovulation. It may appear as light bleeding or brown or pinkish spotting.
Having a lighter period than normal can be a sign of pregnancy in some women. With PCOS it is difficult for you, because you never know what is normal for you. Also if you did fall pregnant there is a chance that the pregnancy test you did was not accurate especially if it was a urine test..
