    Thanks for your question! Yours is a common problem but there are effective treatments available that will fix the problem and allow you to shake hands confidently. A reliable method of treatment involves using botulinum toxin - the same medication that is used to reduce wrinkles and goes by the tradenames Botox and Dysport.
