Dramatic increase in symptoms over past two weeks, advice please

Hello, I am after any advice possible please.

I have been diagnosed with Hashimoto's and PCOS. I am currently on Diabex, Lovan, Seroquel, Nexium, and Implanon.

Over the past two weeks or so I have noticed dramatic changes in a few symptoms. My hair is falling out moreso than ever before. Have gone from a thick full head of hair to barely enough to put in a pony tail. I am having extreme acne breakouts all over my body that are not responding to any over the counter treatments. I am having difficulty sleeping and am lucky to get 5 hours a night. My exhaustion is terrible and if i just stay in the one spot for too long I'll fall asleep - even when sitting up. I have constant ‘brain fog’ and have difficulty clearing it. Appitite and thirst have increased. Very scared. Please help if possible.

I spoke to my doctor, we did the blood tests and I was told as my levels were all in range that I had to learn to live with it. Saw my specialist and was told a similar thing. Have now resorted to learning to live like this.
