How to manage the numbness all over my body and physical withering?

    Related Topic
About four weeks and following several months of intense pain, I was diagnosed with Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome, which all started from an insect bite on my genitals. I've just undergone a course of ketamine treatment that appears to have mitigated the localised pain. However, somewhat worryingly, a numbness and tingling seems to be spreading across my body, presenting predominantly in my ankles, feet and calves and occasionally in my hands and tongue. The numbness in my tongue also contributes to a dry mouth, requiring me to drink constantly. This of course of not ideal as it then causes me to go to the toilet, which is still very painful despite the course of ketamine treatment. Any suggestions on how to reduce the numbness and enable me to maintain functioning and strength of limbs would be greatly appreciated.

I would strongly suggest seeking a professional opinion if you have not already.

Numbness that spreads through the body quickly can be an ominous sign.
