Ear Nose and Throat (ENT) Surgeon
Stephen Kleid (that's me) does many surgical reductions of prominent Adam's Apples. (I dont "shave" anything, and the problem is a prominent Thyroid cartilage, not the trachea, but I know just what you mean.)
Most of my patients are Male-to-female transgender patients, but some are men or women who have a prominent larynx.
The operation is done through a small incision under the chin, closed with dissolving buried sutures, under a General anaesthetic ("asleep") with a one-night stay in hospital, and a few days off work.
