Depression has a very broad range to talk about. The loss of feelings is one that is very difficult, especially when you're not feeling love for your husband. Quite important at the stage you're at now is to begin to get some help and understand how you feel, even if it's just the very basic feelings that you're experiencing. Some validation of your story is a good place to start. Then try and slowly build understanding about how you're feeling toward yourself and toward your husband. I see that the depression you're feeling is changing your quality of life in a way that you certainly need some help. Having a trusted friend or coounsellor will help bring that understanding.
The next question about how antidepressants affect a person is a little bit out of my expertise. Just know that anything you ingest into your body is going to have some effect. It's very wise to talk to your health professional about the effects that you feel the antidepressants may be having on you, and to be able to perhaps change dosage or change the actual product that you're using. Perhaps that might bring some more stability to your emotional state.
