What is my chronic mystery illness?

Last year I nearly died 3 times due to a chronic throat infection, I was hospitalized in intensive care for a couple of weeks.

My tonsils were removed because they were blamed, however I keep getting throat infections over and over again. This time the infection will not go away. The 3 doctors I have seen about this basically say I am suffering from “anxiety” due to my past experience in hospital, they won't listen to me. Sometimes they will put me on antibiotics and the infection will go for a week, I will have a week or so free of symptoms then it will be back.

The symptoms I am experiencing are a debilitating fever and sweats that will come on suddenly but doesn't stay, I am very tired and weak all the time but I put on a brave face despite how hard it is to get out of bed, it hurts to breath, I have a cough that comes and goes but is always there at night. My throat is extremely congested with crap and I struggle to breathe.

Nobody will help me, nobody will listen to me. Please if there is someone out there who can help me?

There are a host of causes of ongoing sore throat. Your best option would be to consider a further ENT review to assess for problems such as reflux, post-nasal drip, lingual tonsillitis, localised angioedema, and paroxysmal laryngeal spasm.
