Hi,
Golfers elbow (also known as medial epicondylitis or ME) is an injury of the common flexor origin and flexor tendons/muscles of the forearm. This condition can be quite painful and the patient often complains of pain or tenderness over the aspect of the elbow closest to the body.
Treatment invloves modification of behaviour in order to correct poor technique in the ctivity aggravating the condition, in concert with physical therapies affecting the structures mentioned above. This can include stretching, massage (manual or instrument assisted), dry needling, heat/ice and anti-inflammatories.
Hope this helped.

Golfers elbow is a colloquial term for the medial epicondylitis. It is a medial elbow pain. It usually arises from excessive use of the flexors in a golf swing and repetitive movement going into extension of the elbow.
The treatment for it would be, number one, treating the pain. Number two would be to address muscle length and tightness issues. The third would be regaining strength in the muscle. And the fourth would be swing correction.
