How do I cope with Depersonalization/Derealization Disorder?

I have been suffering from Depersonalization Disorder for about the past 3 months. Are there any tools to help me get through this and to help make it pass? Symptoms are feeling as though I am not myself, spacey, the world seems so fake and unreal, life is like watching a movie. As if i'm stuck inside they eyes of this body watching things happen without being part of it. It has also increased my social anxiety. Any information on how to overcome this and get back to a normal life would be great. -

Hi there, I am not sure how old this post is, but I had this recently, as well as bad vertigo. Seeing a nuerologist it turns out it was Migraine associated vertigo, even though I don't get headaches,. He prescribed my a calcium channel blocker as I also have high BP and all my weird feelings went away.
