If you are lactose intolerant you do not need to eliminate dairy food.
Using lactose-treated milks and other dairy foods which are treated, Calcium intake can be maintained.
Other foods which contain reasonable amounts of calcium would include calcium fortified Soy Milk, canned fish with bones, e.g. sardines and salmon, legumes such as baked beans, chickpeas, pulses, broccoli, and almonds.

As Kaye mentioned, having lactose intolerance doesn't mean you need to avoid all dairy foods. Lactose-free milks and yoghurts are readily available in the supermarket and hard cheese doesn't contain lactose. There are also plenty of non-dairy sources of calcium including canned fish with smal bones (eg salmon and sardines), calcium-fortified soy milks and soy yoghurt, hard tofu, unhulled tahini (sesame seed paste), Asian greens (eg bok choy and Chinese broccoli), Kale, almonds and dried figs.
