It depends on the degree of osteoporosis. If there is lots of osteoporosis, then this may lead to some damage in the bone somewhere and some tears. So while it is possible, a proper assessment by someone experienced would be able to tell you if the pain is related to osteoporosis.

Osteoporosis is unlikely to cause aches throughout the body. I have written a few other additions, which you may find of interest in relation to osteoporosis, however as Jane mentioned, It is best that you see your primary care practitioner in regards to this. It isn't normal to have aches throughout your body, no matter what the condition.
