A fairly recent study suggests that a diet which is characterized by higher intakes of salad dressing, nuts, fish, tomatoes, poultry, cruciferous vegetables, fruits, dark and green leafy vegetables and lower intakes of high-fat dairy products, red meat, organ meat and butter may be helpful.
