Is it ok to train if my muscles are still sore from my previous workout?

Is it best to wait until I am no longer sore or can I continue training?

If you have done weight training and that is why your muscles are sore, it is better to skip a day. Don't work the same muscles two days in a row. Instead, do cardio in your day off, for example, go for a brisk walk or a light jog, and make sure you stretch the sore muscles for at least 45 seconds every day.

If your muscles are sore from cardio, it is ok to still train. I would recommend not training at such a high intensity. But you'll find that your muscles will ease as soon as you start exercising again.
