Hair Loss & Itchy Scalp

I'm 49 and start losing hair since last Feb and start have itchy scalp since last Sep. Went to GP & naturopaths and taking lots of vitamins, but seems nothing helps. My hair is a lot thinner than before and the itchness drives me crazy! Any help! -
