  • There is no such thing as quitting gradually.  You are still smoking but less daily cigarettes. It is a way to lie to yourself that it's OK to smoke. This lie is coming from your sub-conscious mind where the habit of smoking is stored. We make up all sorts of lies to keep us smoking because the sub-conscious mind doesn't want you to quit.

Advanced hypnotherapy with a specialist, is your best chance of conquering this problem because it allows access to your sub-conscious mind, where the habit of smoking is stored. After my treatment you will find that you non longer have the internal battle in your thoughts about quitting smoking. You won't be thinking about it because your sub-conscious mind and your conscious mind are both committed to quitting this deadly habit.
