Homeopath, Naturopath, Registered Nurse
The best treatment is the one that gives you long term relief without unwanted side effects.
As you are living in Tamil Nadu, I recommend that you contact a medical homeopath, who has experience in treating Crohn's disease. There are many such practitioners in your area. The clinical skills of homeopaths in India are excellent, and this would be a good first step. Best wishes, and please let me know how you go.

There is an update on the management of Chron's disease on my website www.eternalhealth.org at http://n.b5z.net/i/u/10124624/f/Crohn_s_Disease.pdf
Probiotics which are beneficial bacteria might help, as might prebiotics. I have one patient who did extremely well after we performed a stool test which identified the presence of abnormal germs and parasites in his gut that were then treated. He is also taking probiotics, specifically VSL3, prebiotics, as well as zinc, glutamine and aloe vera in the form of a powder.
