    If you are considering you, may have this condition then please see your doctor. While the anatomical defect may have been there since pre birth if you are now suffering symptoms you do need to be checked.
     
    There are many causes of headache but if yours comes on with coughing, sneezing, orgasm or straining at the toilet the diagnosis may be considered.
     
    In general neck pain, balance problems, muscle weakness, numbness or other abnormal feelings in the arms or legs, dizziness, vision problems, difficulty swallowing, ringing or buzzing in the ears, hearing loss, vomiting, insomnia, depression, or headache made worse by coughing or straining.

    In general neck pain, balance problems, muscle weakness, numbness or other abnormal feelings in the arms or legs, dizziness, vision problems, difficulty swallowing, ringing or buzzing in the ears, hearing loss, vomiting, insomnia, depression, or headache made worse by coughing or straining are all relevant but may be symptoms of other disorders
