There are a multitude of suggested home remedies for sinus but more importantly is to know which ones have some scientific validity behind them rather than some random anecdote or a website making claims about something that they just so happen to be selling. The only thing that even comes close is salt water rinsed up the nose but you need to get the mixture right and usually need to add other ingredients to make it work, and even then the effect is hit and miss. Also, the diagnosis of true sinusitis is difficult and can only be certain with appropriate tests and investigations. We see a lot of people who have been told they have sinus, and they don't (so forget about dr Google trying to help out)
