The first thing to do is relax. On average it takes upto two years for the average couple to conceive. The next thing is to start to monitor your cycle by taking your temperature every morning before you get out of bed. You will see a spike in your temperature as you ovulate and this is the optimal time to try to conceive.
There is preliminary evidence that acupuncture before and soon after attempting conception is beneficial. As a couple who had to resort to IVF I know my wife found it helpful even just to relax.
I wish you all the best with your attempts to start a family it is a wonderful time in your life enjoy it.
