Hi Bren, There was a study being undertaken on this ingredient at Victoria University. I recall that the results found that there was negligble weight loss achieved (I did an interview on it for Today Tonight, so studied it when it was launched), but that some people decreased some of the fat from around their waist. Personally, I wouldn't have any problems with you giving it a go if you struggle with hunger, but it certainly isn't a miracle pill - you will need to decrease your portion sizes and decrease kilojoule intake to get results.
