Headaches can be debilitating and cluster headaches as well as frequent headaches can have a significant impact on your daily life.  There are a number of different types of headaches and a number of different causes, and these need to be considered when looking into the best medication to help ease symptoms.  The most common medication for headaches is paracetamol taken stictly as recommended by the manufacturer.  The question is whether taking it is masking pain briefly or helping resolve the headaches once and for all?  My suggestion is to find the cause.

I'd like to know what you think the cause of the headaches may be chemical, mechanical, hormonal, stress related? Have you had the cause assessed?  For more information on the common causes of headaches have a look at the following link:  http://www.chirosports.com.au/we_help

If you are experiencing frequent headaches it may be worthwhile to have them first assessed by a Chiropractor who is likely to be able to find the cause and possibly reduce the severity, frequency and even help you to eliminate them all together. If you would like to discuss this further, you are welcome to contact me at Chirosports.

    All the best,
