The Food Pyramid was developed by Nutrition Australia, a Non-Government Organisation, and their most up to date version ‘Healthy Living Pyramid’ can be found on their website http://www.nutritionaustralia.org/
However the government developed and sanctioned food selection guide is not a pyramid but a plate called the Australian Guide to Healthy Eating. This plate model is derived both from the Dietary Guidelines for Australians, and the dietary modelling research ‘Foundation and total diets’ from the National Health & Medical Research Council (NH&MRC). All these are newly revised and still in draft form and will be finalised later this year but you can access them here http://www.nhmrc.gov.au/guidelines/publications/n29-n30-n31-n32-n33-n34

As Nicole has already mentioned the newly revised NHMRC Dietary Guidelines are yet to be released. The Harvard School of Public Health has recently released their Healthy Eating Plate/Pyramid which provides similiar recommendations to Australians in the revised edition of the Dietary Guidlines.

As Nicole has mentioned above, The Healthy Eating Pyramid is developed by Nutrition Australia, and the official dietary guidelines for Australians are published by the NHMRC. The most recent version of these that are available for now was published in 2013, which you can find at www.eatforhealth.gov.au. Here are direct links to a couple of brochures summarising the current Australian Guide to Healthy Eating for adults:
