    Psychological stress or non-physical stress is any type of stress that creates a stress response in each individual. This can vary from one person to another, depending on each individuals level of tolerance for stress. For example, one person may be completely put of by the sight of blood. It may even cause a person to feel physically sick and nausea, however to a person who would deal with this on a regular basis (i.e. surgeon, paramedic) will not have the same response.
    Some things that may cause psychological stress are; bullying, relationship issues, workplce disputes, financial hardship, illness of loved one etc.
