No. Cervical cancer is not considered a sexually transmitted disease (STD). Cervical cancer is caused by the Human Papillomavirus (HPV). HPV is contracted through sexual contact, and is therefore considered an STD. HPV is one of the greatest risk factors associated with cervical cancer. However, cervical cancer is a separate condition to HPV, and as such is not considered an STD.
