A psychiatrist appointment may be able to help you look at all of the medication options and I would recommend also going to a psychologist or counsellor because a lot of the research says that a combination of medication and counselling is most effective (along with a good diet and exrcise too!) aantidepressaants are not the only solution, there are supplements, diets, exercise, etc.
