    I was asked to write a Quiz on Fad Diets for Australia's Healthy Weight Week which is coming up in January, so thought I'd share it with you….  Let me know how you go!

    Your answers are all correct Narelle!  It's amazing though.  New figures just found that 1 in 4 18-24 year old women who tried to lose weight last year used a fad diet….seems like there's heaps of people still not getting the message.
