Someone wanting to discuss the Paleo approach. This is worthy of some discussion. The principles involve limiting grains and eating by chewing heaps. Yep, that's it in a nutshell. It worthy of some philosophical debate because it begs big Qs like…were we created to avoid things like bread and other grains. I don't believe so, BUT I can see why someone cutting 10 slices of refined processed breads (which is what most varieties are), would indeed feel better. Cheweing on lots of meat and raw vegetables tends to slow down our eating too, That may be good thing… lets hear back from others…Who posted this Q.?

Hi Nicky, just found your original comments posted, thanks. See my response, happy and keen to discuss further. Is my summation at all accurate? No grains, heaps of chewing.
