For me its definately the sun! The awreness we have today about the sun and the damage it does to our skin was not as prominent 30 years ago so a lot of people are aging prematurely. To preserve your skin, especially your face always wear sunscreen- every day we should wear sunscreen!

Yes that too, I have had my shoulder skin etc removed and replaced due to skin cancer, also on arm & nose. All is fine now and cover up in the sun.

Great to hear that all well now. How did they find the skin cancer? Was it a routine check-up?

Just started with a small sore on shoulder which I did nothing about for a while except put dressings on. Then went to Dr when did not heal.

Hi June,
It would be great for you to share your story to others in the skin cancer community. People can learn and benefit so much from other people's experiances.
Kind regards,
Nicky

A combination of poor diet, lack of exercise and addictions eg! smoking, drinking in excess and drugs. Common sense and a lifestyle of everything in moderation is the key to a youthful look.
