Special interests

Erin Miller is an Australian Accredited Dietitian (APD) + Nutritionist. She holds a Bachelor of Science Nutrition and a Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Wollongong, Sydney.  Based in Worimi country on the Mid North coast, she relocated 5 years ago with her young family, the sea change that they had been yearning and planning for years prior. A nature lover at heart, family time revolves around the ocean, quality food, solid conversations and music. Erin has a vast degree of nutritional knowledge, with 18 years of clinical and community-based experience. Working in major hospitals overseas, Sydney and on Mid North coast, in both clinical and private practice roles. She has developed recipes and blogs for major companies, established educational webinars for offshore corporations and continues to provide educational events within her private practise and local community groups. Integrated health is her passion, incorporating a multidisciplinary care approach to her client’s health plans. Understanding that individuals require different health modalities and approaches, Erin has implemented holistic care methods into her dietetic management.  Opening the doors to her integrated health centre ‘Cove’ is a modest space incorporating a selection of different allied health professionals and wellness practitioners under one roof. Erin is a generalist dietitian, with interest towards gut health, bariatric surgery, menopause and women's health, cardiovascular disease, gastroenterology, weight loss and chronic disease management.

I am an Australian Accredited Dietitian (APD) + Nutritionist. I hold a Bachelor of Science Nutrition and a Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Wollongong, Sydney.
