Support patient with new diagnosis of diabetes (Type 1 , Type 2 GDM or other). Supporting patients new to insulin or injectable and support to achieve optimal glycaemia targets. Supporting patient using or wanting to commence using technology such as insulin pumps, continuous glucose monitoring and remote patient monitoring.
