All type of diabetes, Medication management  As a dedicated Diabetes Educator, I specialise in providing comprehensive education and support for individuals with diabetes. My areas of focus include: Pre-Diabetes Education: Offering targeted education and guidance for individuals diagnosed with pre-diabetes, helping them understand their condition, make necessary lifestyle modifications, and reduce the risk of developing full-blown diabetes.  Type 1 Diabetes: Offering personalised guidance on insulin management, carbohydrate counting, and blood glucose monitoring to empower patients in managing their condition effectively.  Type 2 Diabetes: Providing education on lifestyle modifications, medication management, and self-care strategies to help individuals achieve and maintain optimal glycaemic control. Gestational Diabetes: Supporting women diagnosed with gestational diabetes during pregnancy with comprehensive guidance on nutrition, blood glucose monitoring, and self-management.  Diabetes Self-Management: Equipping patients with the necessary skills and knowledge for successful self-care through education on self-monitoring, medication adherence, problem-solving, and goal setting.  Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM): Educating patients on the use and interpretation of CGM devices to gain insights into glucose patterns and make informed decisions for better diabetes management.  Group Education Sessions: Conducting informative and engaging group sessions that foster peer support and shared experiences, enhancing the learning and self-management of participants.
